Alison Richard, President

Alison began her Employee Benefit career in June of 1992.  Prior to becoming a Licensed Broker and starting her own business, Alison worked for Empire Blue Cross, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida and Blue Shield of Northeastern New York. She graduated from Maria College with a degree in Management and from the College of Saint Rose with a degree in Public Communications. She currently serves on the Alumni Advisory Board for Maria College and is the Co-President of the PTO at St. Mary's School. 

Maria Gigliotti, Account Executive

Maria comes to AQI with over 15 years of experience in Membership, Claims Processing, and Account Service. Maria began her Employee Benefits Career in February of 1994 and has worked for Blue Shield of Northeastern New York, Empire Blue Cross, and CDPHP. She is licensed in 5 states; New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Texas and Florida.

Jackie D., Marketing Manager:

Jackie started her Marketing career 16 years ago. She has worked in management and also as a Marketing Coordinator.
